My stay at the resort was a delightful experience overall. The location is fantastic for exploring the New Forest, and the cottage we stayed in was very well equipped with everything we needed for a family holiday. While the outdoor pool was crowded on a hot day, the indoor pool was a great retreat for the kids. However, some areas of the resort seem a bit tired and could use updates. Despite this, the friendliness of the staff really made our trip special, and I would definitely consider returning.

Elmers Court offers a wonderful escape with its beautiful grounds and attentive staff. My room was clean and well-equipped, but I did find it somewhat dated compared to what I expected for the price. The location is prime for exploring the New Forest and surrounding areas. While the dining experience was good, it could be improved with a quicker service and more organization during peak times.

The hotel has a beautiful setting and spacious grounds, but several areas need improvement, especially the rooms and dining experience. While there are friendly staff members who try to help, the overall service felt a bit disorganized. The spa services were also a highlight, but it's unfortunate that other features didn't live up to the expectations for a resort spa.
