the hotel offered ev charging points. the grounds are very beautiful. the room included complimentary water and coffee. the beds were super comfortable.

I found that cleanliness was a bit poor in the bathroom. It needed either refurbishing or a very deep clean.

reception staff in the main hotel were very friendly and gave a warm welcome. they were also helpful and understanding when i requested a late check-out. the staff were pretty good with dietary requirements.

I found plenty of parking available. I also found the staff very friendly upon greeting. The lodge I stayed in was clean and quite large. I had a very comfortable night with excellent service at breakfast and informative staff. I really enjoyed the long opening hours at the swimming pool.

The restaurant had a confusing dinner credit system. The waiter gave somewhat confusing information. This made people think they needed a three course meal and increased their expenditure. Dinner ended up as an unpleasant experience.
